Submitting an offer through InstaOffer as a Buyer's Agent
If you are trying to submit an offer as a Buyer’s Agent, it’s likely you found us because the Listing Agent sent you a custom link that allows you to submit an offer on our website.
To submit your offer, click on the link provided by the Listing Agent. You will be brought to a page with the listing address at the top of the screen, and the Seller’s Agent’s contact information on the right side of the screen. Confirm it is the right listing and agent, then click Get Started to fill out the relevant offer information on the following screens.
First, you’ll be asked to enter contact and license information, as well as the buyer(s) name(s).
Upon clicking Continue, you will be asked to provide some preliminary Financing & Closing Information. Enter the offer price, financing details, decide how many days of escrow will be required, and click Continue.
On the Contingencies & Inclusions section, you may choose the contingencies and number of days allotted for each, followed by any inclusions necessary for the sale.
Click Continue to move on to Possession & Expiration where you can input how long the seller may remain in possession of the property, as well as how long this offer will be valid.
Pressing Continue will bring you to the last step, where you are allowed to upload any relevant documents, including loan information, a signed offer, personal notes, and so on.
After the desired files have been attached, click Continue to see a full summary of the data you entered and documents you uploaded.
Review this information to make sure you entered everything correctly, then click Continue to add any note you might like to send the Seller’s Agent.
Click Continue one last time.
Your submission will be sent to the Listing Agent for distribution and review.
